Terms of Service — 1:1 Legal Coaching
By purchasing and participating in a 1:1 legal coaching session, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of the Service
The coaching session is provided for educational, informational, and strategic guidance purposes only. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the service does not create a solicitor-client, lawyer-client, or other formal legal representation relationship.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While every effort is made to provide valuable guidance, no specific outcome, result, or legal success can be guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide. Guidance given during coaching is based on the information available at the time of the session.
4. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
6. Session Duration
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
7. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
8. Intellectual Property
Any materials, resources, templates, or documents provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of the coach and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the coaching services shall be limited to the amount paid for the session. The coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

The coaching service provides legal education and guidance only and does not constitute regulated legal services, legal representation, or formal legal advice unless expressly agreed in a separate written engagement.
